America on Tech
America On Tech creates pathways for underserved high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to explore careers in technology. Comcast NBCUnites partners with America On Tech to engage employees in speed mentoring and career panels to expose youth to opportunities in the tech workforce across the company.

Big Sunday
Big Sunday provides a variety of volunteer opportunities and projects that bring people together to improve lives, build community, and give people a sense of belonging. Comcast NBCUnites and Big Sunday coordinate volunteer events that tackle a variety of causes including youth and education, environment, community revitalization, and animal advocacy.

Black Girls Code
Black Girls CODE works to close the digital divide by introducing young women of color to the tech industry through exposure to skills building programs, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Comcast NBCUnites hosts Black Girls CODE participants for a series of computer coding lessons and NBCUniversal themed activities exposing the girls to a variety of programming languages.

buildOn
buildOn empowers urban youth in the US to transform their neighborhoods and the world through intensive community service. Comcast NBCUnites will partner with buildOn to create an immersive service-learning experience where employees will learn about local community issues and serve alongside students to address those issues.

City Year
City Year closes gaps in high-need schools by supporting students' academic and social-emotional development while also providing schools with the additional capacity to enhance school culture and climate. Comcast NBCUnites provides opportunities to host corps members for career days, participate in MLK Day of Service, and beautify Comcast NBCUniversal-sponsored schools.

Cradles to Crayons
Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12 who live in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play. Comcast NBCUnites hosts on-site packing events to fill bags with essential items that are distributed to youth living in homeless and low-income households throughout the NYC area.

Ghetto Film School
Ghetto Film School provides urban youth the opportunity, access, and resources needed to pursue a career in media and film. Comcast NBCunites hosts Ghetto Film School participants for creative workshops with a focus on skills such as production, storytelling, career readiness, and audience development.

Girls Write Now
Girls Write Now mentors underserved young women to find their voices through the power of writing and community. NBCUniversal employees will serve as mentors for the day through a "Writing Works" college preparation workshop and bring encouragement to young women by writing letters focused on an inspirational theme.

Hands On London
Hands On London enables individuals and organizations to give back to the community by partnering with local charities and community groups to identify their volunteer needs and providing opportunities to give back.

Hollywood Homeless Youth Partnership
HYYP is a partnership of youth-serving agencies that prevent and reduce homelessness among youth and young adults in Los Angeles. Comcast NBCUnites partners with HHYP to engage employees in a variety of opportunities to help homeless youth exit the streets including a pilot career readiness program to help expose youth to careers in the entertainment industry.

The Laureus Foundation
The Laureus Foundation is a global organization that improves the lives of youth and unites communities through the power of sport. In conjunction with Laureus and local community partners, Comcast NBCUnites hosts play days for youth to engage in sports activities and games alongside NBCUniversal employees.

Minds Matter
Minds Matter is a college access program for high achieving high school students from low-income families. NBCUniversal employees provide skills-based case study instruction, mentorship, and career readiness through a Media Fellows program designed to prepare students for college and encourage them to explore careers in the media industry.

Robin Hood Foundation
The Robin Hood Foundation is New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization, providing support to more than 200 community partners who are helping the 1.8 million New Yorkers living in poverty. Comcast NBCUnites works with Robin Hood's community affiliates to support a variety of hands-on activities such as food rescue, homeless shelter events, and school/park revitalization. Step Up
Step Up empowers girls from under-resourced communities to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women. Comcast NBCUnites partners with Step Up to engage employees in on-site speed mentoring and externships to offer high school seniors hands-on experience in a workplace setting.

Story Pirates Changemakers
Story Pirates serves elementary school children in low-income communities and homeless shelters, encouraging children to write a completely original story. Comcast NBCUnites and Story Pirates invite employees to read children’s stories and respond with personalized feedback to empower each child in their creative pursuits.

Taproot Foundation
Taproot Foundation helps nonprofits solve critical challenges in their communities with the support of skilled volunteers sharing their expertise pro bono. Comcast NBCUnites and Taproot engage employees in projects to help local nonprofits address critical challenges using their areas of expertise such as financial management, marketing, business strategy, and communications.

The Prince's Trust
The Prince’s Trust empowers young people in the United Kingdom ages 11-30 to pursue jobs, education, and training. Comcast NBCUnites engages employees as mentors for young participants of the Get Started in Media program with a focus on exploring digital media skills and careers.

United Way of Miami-Dade
The United Way of Miami-Dade partners with local organizations to make an impact on education, financial stability, and health. Comcast NBCUnites leverages the United Way’s network of community partners to provide a variety of local impact volunteer services throughout the year.

Women of Tomorrow
Women of Tomorrow inspires, motivates, and empowers at-risk young women to live up to their full potential through a group mentoring program with highly accomplished professional women. Comcast NBCUnites hosts high school field trips for mentees of the Women of Tomorrow program and provides exposure to career opportunities.

Young Storytellers
Young Storytellers inspires young people to discover the power of their voice through mentorship, education, and performance. After encouraging students to write an original story, Young Storytellers collaborates with NBCUniversal employees to bring these stories to life and engage in creative writing exercises.
