NBCUniversal Page Program

June 10, 2026

The 2026 NBCUniversal Page Program is now accepting applications! Before applying, read this article to learn about the application process and what to expect each step of the way.

What we look for in Page Program applicants

The Page Program looks for curious, adaptable individuals with a passion for entertainment and media. Strong candidates bring relevant experience through internships, campus jobs, or part-time work, and demonstrate strong communication skills, comfort with public speaking, and attention to detail. Pages take ownership of their work. They act on feedback and approach every new assignment and department with a positive, flexible attitude. Above all, successful candidates are invested in their own growth and eager to go above and beyond to make an impact. Be sure to read each cohort’s job description for full eligibility and requirements.

What to expect from the Page Program recruiting process

We want candidates to feel prepared and confident every step of the way. Because we review a high volume of applicants and hire in cohorts, the process can be longer than a traditional recruitment cycle. The timeline below is a general guide – updates may be shared on a rolling basis, and exact timing may vary slightly by cycle.

If an applicant moves forward in the process, here’s what they can expect from start to finish:

A typical recruiting timeline spans 8-10 weeks from the application opening to the offer stage, with offers typically extended 6-7 weeks prior to the program start date (9/21/2026).

Step 1: Application Submission: Submit an application through the NBCUniversal Careers Site. Resumes should be one page in length and highlight the experiences that best show who the applicant is – this should include past jobs and internships, relevant coursework, extracurricular involvement, leadership roles, and any experience that speaks to the applicant's skills and potential.

The letter to the hiring manager and personal statement are both optional but highly encouraged. Take advantage of every aspect of the application to show us interests, goals, and how they demonstrate what we are looking for in Pages. This is the applicant's chance to make a good first impression.

Step 2: Video Interview: Once the application window has closed, selected candidates will be invited to complete a video interview. Invitations will be sent out on a rolling basis throughout the first few weeks of the process. This is a one-way interview where you’ll record yourself responding to a series of questions by a set deadline. Treat it as you would any other interview – show up prepared and professional.

NBCUniversal is especially interested in hearing “why” – what’s driving an applicant's interest in the program. Specific examples should demonstrate how the applicant would add value as a Page from day one. Applicants are encouraged to be themselves and keep video interviews natural. Prepare ahead of the interview, but don’t read from a script, recruiters are looking to get to know the real unscripted person behind the application.

Step 3: Final Panel Interview (~3 hours, virtual, alongside 8-12 other candidates): Candidates who are invited to the final round will participate in a virtual panel-style group interview and will be evaluated alongside other candidates by the Page Program team and partners. The panel consists of answering questions to the group, a small breakout group activity, and a 1-on-1 interview. Recruiters are looking for applicants to share more about their interest in, knowledge of, and curiosity about the Page Program and demonstrate why they would be a strong fit.

Applicants should prepare for the panel by researching NBCUniversal, the Page Program experience, and demonstrating skills related to the duties of Pages. While we hope candidates bring genuine excitement and knowledge of NBCUniversal, please note recruiters do not quiz candidates about NBCU’s history.

The recruitment team has designed this experience to help us identify high-potential, high-performing talent whose values align with the Page Program and NBCUniversal. While it is a competitive process, we’re genuinely rooting for you and want you to succeed every step of the way.

Step 4: Transcript and reference check: All candidates who make it to the panel stage will be asked to submit a transcript and provide three references. This is a standard and final step to confirm your candidacy.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The process can move quickly depending on volume, so applicants should keep an eye on their inboxs as well as spam folders for next steps at each stage.
  • Offers cannot be deferred to a future cohort or start date – candidates must be able to start the program full-time, in-person in NY or LA on the start date listed on the application (Monday, September 9/21/2026).
  • Please ensure that you meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Applicants do not need a referral in order to be considered.
  • While every application is reviewed by one of our team members, rejections are typically sent in bulk as each stage of the process progresses but may occur at any time.
  • It is very typical for candidates to apply to the program multiple times.
  • Due to volume, we cannot provide individual feedback on your candidacy.
  • If an applicant is a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, they have the right to request a reasonable accommodation for the interview. Please contact [email protected]

Applications close Monday, June 22nd at 8pm ET/5pm PT. Visit the NBCUniversal Careers site to submit an application today.
