The NBCUniversal Page Program is a year-long launchpad for individuals looking to start a career in the industry. A rotational learning and development program, it gives Pages unmatched and well-rounded exposure to the media and entertainment industry.
The Page Program is designed to develop the next generation of media leaders by giving early-career talent hands-on exposure to the fast-moving world of entertainment, news, sports, streaming, live events, advertising, and technology. Available in both New York City and Los Angeles, the program offers participants real-world experience across the modern media ecosystem while building foundational skills that translate across industries and careers.
Through immersive rotations and direct collaboration with teams across NBCUniversal, Pages gain experience in live production, communications, operations, audience engagement, marketing, leadership, teamwork, and strategic problem-solving; alongside a deeper understanding of how a global media company operates at scale.
Pages serve as ambassadors of the company, engaging with internal talent and external guests through various responsibilities. From supporting annual events such as the Rockefeller Tree Lighting and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York to film premieres and awards shows in Los Angeles, Pages represent the company while building critical communication and guest experience skills to support a successful career in media. In New York specifically, Pages work up to 6 days per week leading the Tour at NBC Studios and audience services for live productions that tape within the iconic building.
