Each creator developed and executed their series from concept to screen as part of NBCUniversal’s Creator Accelerator Program

Emerging Artist

May 20, 2025

Peacock announced four new emerging artist-led series, each concept developed and executed by next-gen creators – Charlie Curtis-Beard, Katie Florence, Serena Kerrigan, and Daren Vongirdner – successful self-made social media stars with passionate followings and thriving businesses. Since launching on Monday, May 19, audiences are able to tune into all episodes of each scripted original including The Warehouse Phase, The Kouncil, Older Hotter Wiser, and People Like Me.

All four series are streaming now on Peacock.

Curtis-Beard, Florence, Kerrigan, and Vongirdner collaborated with NBCUniversal through the media and entertainment company’s Creator Accelerator Program, an industry-first initiative that identifies and develops the next generation of premium content creators. Each storyteller elevated their craft through enriching content development work by learning network-level production in bringing their series to life with accomplished production companies, Telemundo Studios and Tandem Pictures, while tapping into NBCUniversal executives, talent, mentorship, and training resources.

Additionally, brand sponsors BetterHelp and the US Army join this moment to connect with Peacock’s highly engaged audience. BetterHelp will be integrated throughout “People Like Me,” to further highlight the importance of mental health. While, the US Army will surround the Emerging Artist Series on the platform with contextually aligned media shining a spotlight on the opportunities Army service offers young Americans.

The new lineup of series adds to Peacock’s robust content slate of entertainment, reality, news, sports and live moments driving the next chapter of premium TV. In service of their fandoms, these stories are an innovative take on the scripted series format – blending genres and varying episode lengths – to authentically adapt each creator’s voice and vision to streaming.
