LinkedIn and Comcast NBCUniversal Team Up to Amplify Nonprofit Voices
Selected nonprofit organizations will receive support from LinkedIn Ad Grants and NBCUniversal’s Creative Impact Lab.
December 11, 2025
LinkedIn and Comcast NBCUniversal are collaborating to provide four nonprofits – The Knowledge House, RE:IMAGINE ATL, Hopeworks, and Veterans Leadership Program – with marketing support via NBCUniversal's Creative Impact Lab and LinkedIn Ad Grants. The NBCUniversal Creative Impact Lab is a social impact program that funds young apprentices from nonprofit creative agencies to produce public service announcements (PSAs) for other nonprofits, with creative guidance from NBCUniversal employee volunteers. In addition to airing across Comcast NBCUniversal’s platforms, the PSAs for these organizations will be elevated through LinkedIn’s Ad Grants Program, which provides free advertising and strategic support to select workforce nonprofits, helping them strengthen thought leadership and expand their impact with LinkedIn’s professional community of 1.3 billion members.
The selected workforce development organizations include:
- The Knowledge House
- The Knowledge House provides high-tech training to thousands of students from communities across the country. Originating in the South Bronx, it now delivers programs in New York, Newark, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. The PSA was produced by Atlanta-based nonprofit creative agency RE:IMAGINE ATL.
- RE:IMAGINE ATL
- RE:IMAGINE ATL is on a mission to equip the next generation of storytellers by providing training, exposure, and job placement support for young talent pursuing careers in media and entertainment. Creative apprentices from RE:IMAGINE ATL are turning the cameras on themselves to produce a PSA that highlights the organization's own mission.
- Hopeworks
- Hopeworks is a nonprofit social enterprise using technology, trauma-informed care, and real-world business experience to launch young adults into living-wage careers. Its social enterprises provide paid, hands-on training that turns learning into lasting employment success, creating both immediate economic impact and long-term opportunity in New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia. The PSA was developed by Big Picture Alliance, based in Philadelphia.
- Veterans Leadership Program
- Veterans Leadership Program supports U.S. military veterans in reaching their fullest potential as citizens, regardless of discharge status or VA eligibility. The organization serves over 8,000 veterans annually across 30 counties in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. The PSA is being produced by creative apprentices from Pittsburgh-based nonprofit agency The Pop District.
LinkedIn Ad Grants provides in-kind advertising credits to help workforce nonprofits drive thought leadership on critical workforce issues, recruit program participants, and raise awareness of their impact. In addition to free advertising credits, participating organizations receive hands-on support from LinkedIn experts to execute their campaigns. Since launching in 2020, the program has supported hundreds of nonprofits globally, helping them build awareness, recruit talent, attract partners, and drive measurable impact using the LinkedIn platform.
The Creative Impact Lab provides a unique opportunity for emerging storytellers to get hands-on experience in production and working directly with clients, while enhancing their portfolios with professional quality marketing assets. To date, the Lab has donated more than $36 million in media inventory across Comcast and NBCUniversal platforms, engaged over 91 NBCUniversal volunteer mentors with more than 170 apprentices, and supported 49 nonprofit clients in amplifying their missions.
