Telemundo to Host Star-Studded Musical Celebration, 'El Mundial Es Nuestro,' at Los Angeles' Iconic Peacock Theater on June 7 at 9pm

Telemundo announced it will host the ultimate fan celebration for its broadcast of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ with El Mundial Es Nuestro, a two-hour live music special showcasing the passion, pride, and cultural power of the global game. Airing live at 9pm/8c from Los Angeles' iconic Peacock Theater, the event will bring together some of Latin music's biggest stars alongside Telemundo's sports and entertainment talent, as well as the sport's most passionate fans, for an unforgettable night that blends music, storytelling and the spirit of fútbol. The special is part of Telemundo's broader entertainment programming supporting its Telemundo Deportes coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Spanish.

As the exclusive Spanish-language broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, Telemundo will broadcast all 104 matches live – 92 on Telemundo and 12 on Universo – marking the most FIFA World Cup™ matches ever aired on a broadcast network in U.S. media history, regardless of language. Every match will stream live on Peacock (Premium and Premium Plus subscribers) and the Telemundo App. With in-venue presence at each of the 104 matches and expanded pregame, halftime, and postgame coverage across platforms, this will be Telemundo's largest and most comprehensive presentation of a World Cup™ ever.
