Mike Cavanagh serves as President of Comcast Corporation, a Fortune 30 global media and technology company that reaches hundreds of millions of customers, viewers, and guests worldwide through the connectivity and platforms it provides and the content and experiences it creates.

Mike has a broad range of responsibilities, partnering with the Chairman and CEO to manage all aspects of the business. Comcast has approximately 186,000 employees worldwide, $121 billion in annual revenue, and is one of the 25 most profitable companies in the United States.

Mike joined Comcast as the company’s CFO in 2015 after spending more than 20 years in the financial services industry. From 2012 to 2014, he was co-CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate & Investment Bank, a global leader in its industry with over $30 billion in revenue and more than 60,000 employees working in nearly 100 countries. In this role, Mike co-headed all investment banking, cash management, investor services, and the largest global markets and trading business in the world. Prior to that, he served as JPMorgan Chase’s CFO for six years, where he helped lead the company successfully through the financial crisis. Immediately prior to joining Comcast, Mike briefly served as co-President and co-COO of The Carlyle Group, a leading global alternative asset manager.

Mike earned a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the board of HealthVerity. Mike also serves on the Board of Trustees at Yale and is Chairman of the Yale Corporation Committee on Investments.

As Chairman, NBCUniversal Entertainment, Frances Berwick leads original content, program strategy and business operations for NBC and NBCU’s six cable entertainment networks: Bravo,E!, Oxygen True Crime, SYFY, USA Network and Universal Kids, as well as original content and acquisitions for Peacock.  

In this role, Berwick leads content teams responsible for scripted, unscripted, late-night, and specials programming. She also heads first-run syndication, which currently produces five shows, including the Daytime Emmy Award-winning "The Kelly Clarkson Show." As the head of content, Berwick manages partnerships with studio partners, both within and outside the organization, as well as showrunners, producers, and creative talent. She also has operational oversight of marketing, communications, program strategy & scheduling, and business affairs.

Previously, Berwick served as Chairman, Entertainment Networks, where she oversaw program strategy and business operations for the broadcast and cable entertainment networks.

Under Berwick’s leadership, NBC has more shows in the top 20 than any other network. The network is home to the #1 unscripted series “The Voice,” the highest-rated night of dramas on television with “One Chicago” and the #1 entertainment program in the 18-49 demographic with “Saturday Night Live.” Additional late-night hits “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and “Late Night with Seth Meyers” are both #1 in their time periods in the demo. 

On the cable side, Bravo ranks among the top 5 cable networks among the 18-49 demo and boasts the most loyal and engaged audience across all of cable entertainment. The network is currently home to more than half of the top 20 reality series on cable. USA Network extended its streak as a top 5 cable entertainment network for more than 25 years.

Prior to her Chairman roles, Berwick served as President, Lifestyle Networks for NBCUniversal (Bravo, E!, Oxygen True Crime and Universal Kids) where she oversaw a portfolio of some of the most popular and culturally relevant hits on television, running daily operations for the networks, including development, production, program planning, marketing, research, digital and communications. 

In this role, Bravo was the #1 cable entertainment network among female viewers with popular series including Emmy Award-winning “Top Chef,” “Project Runway,” “Vanderpump Rules,” “Southern Charm,” and the “Below Deck,” “Million Dollar Listing” and “The Real Housewives” franchises. In 2019, she oversaw the launch of BravoCon, the first-ever immersive experience for the Bravo superfan. The event was attended by over 10,000 consumers and sold out in 60 seconds.  

At Oxygen True Crime, she spearheaded the shift to a multiplatform true-crime destination in 2017, which resulted in the network becoming one of the fastest growing on cable, led by popular original series that include the flagship “Snapped” franchise, “Cold Justice,” “Killer Couples,” “Criminal Confessions,” “In Ice Cold Blood,” and breakout hit specials such as “Dahmer on Dahmer: A Killer Speaks” and “Aaron Hernandez Uncovered.”

At E!, Berwick led the network’s success as a global, multi-platform pop culture powerhouse with some of TV’s most buzzy unscripted programming, including “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” “Very Cavallari,” and “Botched” on linear, and “The Rundown” on Snapchat. Under her leadership, E! also became the home of the “E! People’s Choice Awards.”

In 2017, Berwick oversaw the preschool network’s rebrand and transformation from Sprout into Universal Kids, which expanded the target audience from preschool age up to 11-year-old kids. 

As General Manager of Bravo from 2008-10, Berwick oversaw a 33% increase in original content and led her team to four consecutive years of record-breaking successes across all ratings and financial metrics.  From 2005-08, Berwick was Executive Vice President, Programming and Production, where she supervised all of Bravo's development, production, scheduling and acquisitions.  

Earlier in her career, Berwick oversaw the development and production of the successful Emmy-winning series "Queer Eye.” She also developed, produced and launched Emmy winners “Top Chef” and “Project Runway,” two-time Emmy winner “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List,”Emmy-winning original series “Inside the Actors Studio” as well as the “The Real Housewives”franchise, which has since become a global phenomenon. In 1996, Berwick joined Bravo from Britain’s Channel 4, where she headed international TV distribution and licensing. It was there that she sold shows and formats and Film4 Productions, including “Four Weddings and aFuneral,” “Don't Forget Your Toothbrush” and “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Prior to that, she was in the sponsorship division at Sadler's Wells (a leading London Theater) where she raised funds for stage productions.

Berwick has received numerous accolades throughout her career including two Peabody Awards, three Primetime Emmys and a National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications Award (NAMIC). In addition, Berwick was presented with the Muse Award for Outstanding Vision and Achievement in 2013 by New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT) and has also been named a Multichannel News Wonder Woman and one of the Hollywood Reporter’s Power 100 Women in Entertainment. Berwick is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (ATAS).

Berwick has a master’s degree from Edinburgh University and resides in Manhattan with her husband and son.

Rebecca Blumenstein is NBC News President, Editorial, driving journalism and original content across the organization’s broadcast and digital platforms. She oversees NBC News editorial teams, newsgathering, field operations, booking, “Meet the Press,” “Dateline NBC,” and NBC News Studios. She reports to Cesar Conde, Chairman, NBCUniversal News Group.

Prior to joining NBC News, Blumenstein was a Deputy Managing Editor at The New York Times. In that role she led an expansion and elevation of the Business report and ensured The Times remained an essential destination for live coverage and breaking news.  

Blumenstein served as deputy editor, Publisher’s Office, from February 2021 to May 2022.  She worked closely with New York Times Publisher A.G. Sulzberger to support The Times’s rapidly growing journalism operations.  She spearheaded a pivotal revamp of The Times’s policy on social media, investigations and outside projects. During the intense news year 2020, she led the news desk and a dramatic expansion of live coverage of the pandemic, the racial reckoning and the election. 

Prior to joining The Times, Blumenstein was Deputy Editor in Chief of The Wall Street Journal. Before that, she was Deputy Managing Editor, Page One Editor and International Editor. She served as Managing Editor of and as the China bureau chief from 2005-2009. She steered coverage of China as it rose from the fifth to second largest economy in the world and led the team that won the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for international reporting for their “Naked Capitalism” series.

Previously, Blumenstein served as a reporter, deputy and then chief of The Journal’s New York Technology Group. Ms. Blumenstein joined The Journal in 1995 as a reporter in the Detroit bureau, where she covered General Motors. She began her journalism career at The Tampa Tribune, then moved to Gannett Newspapers in Westchester and Newsday, where she covered breaking news, politics and the New York State legislature.  

She received a 1993 New York Newswomen’s Award for deadline writing for her coverage of the aftermath of the Long Island Railroad shootings. In 2003, she was part of a team that won the Gerald Loeb Award for deadline writing for coverage of WorldCom. She was named to the Aspen Institute’s Henry Crown Fellowship for 2009.  

In August, 2022, Ms. Blumenstein was named chair of the board of the Columbia Journalism Review. She also serves on the board of the Wallace House/Center for Journalists at The University of Michigan and as a final judge of the Gerald Loeb Awards.

Blumenstein holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and social science from the University of Michigan, where she was Editor in Chief of the Michigan Daily.

Matt Bond serves as Chairman of Content Distribution for NBCUniversal, where he is responsible for overseeing distribution agreements for all NBCUniversal content by multi-channel video providers and new media distributors, including distribution of  NBCUniversal’s linear cable and broadcast networks, NBC Owned station signals, and TV Everywhere, video on demand film and television products. 

Most recently, Mr. Bond led NBCUniversal’s cross-portfolio launch of TV Everywhere, including live simulcasts from cable news, cable entertainment and sports, as well as on demand content from each of the networks. Mr. Bond and his team secured extensive affiliation agreements to offer NBCUniversal’s entire portfolio of top-rated broadcast and cable content with some of the nation’s largest distributors, including Cox, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, DIRECTV, DISH Network, Cablevision, Mediacom, Suddenlink and Verizon. 

Also on the Olympics front, Mr. Bond spearheaded the distribution of the XXII Olympic Winter Games from Sochi, Russia that resulted in more than 242 million media exposures across NBCUniversal’s broadcast, cable and digital properties. Mr. Bond and his team oversaw the negotiations with more than 225 distributors and are credited with making the Games available to the nation’s 100+ million cable, satellite and telco customers, who were able to access more than 1,000 hours of live streaming content.  

Before joining NBCUniversal, Mr. Bond was Executive Vice President of Content Acquisition for Comcast Cable, where he was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Company’s content portfolio, including the negotiation of programming agreements for all Comcast cable systems. Mr. Bond also led content acquisition for new media rights and strategic multiplatform initiatives, including On Demand Online, and oversaw the launch of

Prior, Mr. Bond served as executive vice president of Distribution for the Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network (YES), and before that, Executive Vice President of Programming at AT&T Broadband and President of Satellite Services, Inc., an AT&T Broadband subsidiary, managing the delivery of video programming services. Previously, he served as executive vice president of Programming for Telecommunications, Inc. (TCI), prior to its merger with AT&T.

Cesar Conde is Chairman of the NBCUniversal News Group. In this role, Conde has oversight of NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC, NBC News NOW, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises Group and NBCUniversal Local.

Under Conde’s leadership, NBCUniversal News Group has increased its position as the most-viewed news organization in America, reaching about seven in 10 American adults each month across its broadcast, cable, streaming and digital platforms. After making substantial investments in digital and streaming, the News Group became the number one digital news organization in the U.S. for the first time in its history. Its 24/7 streaming network, NBC News NOW, is the fastest-growing streaming news network in the country and continues to achieve record-breaking viewership numbers, along with significant domestic and international distribution growth.

In 2020 shortly after arriving at the News Group, Conde established a bold initiative to build trust with its widely diverse audiences by increasing diversity among team members by gender, race, geography, socio-economic background and perspective. Central to that initiative is the award-winning NBCU Academy, a multiplatform journalism training program for four-year university and community college students, which partners with 45 academic institutions serving traditionally underrepresented communities.

Previously, Conde was Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. As Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group, Conde was responsible for the operations and international expansion of NBCUniversal businesses outside of North America.

As Chairman of NBCU Telemundo Enterprises, Conde oversaw the leading media properties that serve Hispanics worldwide. He was instrumental in building NBCU Telemundo Enterprises into a world-class media company that produces and distributes high-quality Spanish-language content across a range of broadcast, cable and digital properties. Conde repositioned Telemundo to become the premier Spanish-language network, propelling the network to rank number one for the first time in its history in primetime among key consumer demographics.

Conde joined NBCUniversal in October 2013 as Executive Vice President of NBCU International and NBCU Digital Enterprises. Prior to NBCUniversal, he was President of Univision Networks. He is credited with transforming the Spanish-language media company into a leading global, multi-platform media brand.

Prior to Univision, Conde served as a White House Fellow for Secretary of State Colin L. Powell from 2002–2003. He also worked for StarMedia Network, the first internet company focused on Spanish and Portuguese-speaking audiences globally, and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Salomon Smith Barney.

Conde serves on the board of directors of Walmart (NYSE: WMT) and PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP). He is also a Trustee of the Aspen Institute and a Board Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a B.A. with honors from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Luis Fernández is Chairman of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, a world-class media company and industry leader in the production and distribution of premium Spanish-language content to U.S. Hispanics and audiences around the world. He oversees the company’s fast-growing multiplatform portfolio, including Telemundo’s flagship broadcast network and its entertainment, sports and news programming units, its digital and streaming platforms and the Universo cable network. He reports directly to Cesar Conde, Chairman of NBCUniversal News Group.

Prior to this role, Fernández served as Executive Vice President of Network News for Telemundo. As the leader of Telemundo’s Emmy Award-winning, multiplatform news department, he oversaw all operations and editorial direction, significantly expanding its news programming during his tenure, launching new shows such as “Noticias Telemundo Mediodia” and “Noticias Telemundo” at 11:35 p.m., as well as new franchises including “Noticias Telemundo Investiga” and “Telemundo Planeta Tierra,” the first environmental reporting unit in Spanish-language television news. Fernández also led major investments that allowed Noticias Telemundo to double in number of correspondents and upgrade its award-winning news sets.

A seasoned and well-respected entertainment, news and sports media executive, Fernández previously served as International CEO of Real Madrid for the Asia-Pacific Region, where he played a key role in expanding its brand reach to new audiences worldwide. Before this, he was President of Entertainment and President of Univision Studios for Univision Communications, developing some of the highest-rated broadcast and digital programs during a historic ratings period for the company.

Fernández also served as Executive President of Radio Television Española (RTVE), where he was responsible for the company’s operations across television, radio and digital divisions. His prior leadership roles extend through multiple media organizations in Spain, including Canal+, Telecinco, Cadena SER, Radio EL PAÍS and Cadena COPE. Additionally, he served as General Manager of Plural Entertainment, a television and film production company owned by Grupo Prisa, and was named CEO of PROMOFILM US, where he executive produced several films. 

Fernández has been recognized on the Cablefax Diversity List and the Cablefax100, named “Professional Spaniard of the Year in the U.S.” by the U.S. and Spain’s Chamber of Commerce and was presented with the keys to the City of Miami. His work has been honored with numerous Emmy Awards, including for “Outstanding Newscast or News Magazine in Spanish” and “Outstanding Coverage of a Breaking News Story in Spanish.” He is a recipient of the Premios Ondas for “Best Specialized Program” from his tenure at Telecinco, where he launched Spain’s first digital television newsroom.

Fernández holds a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid in Spain and was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2016 by King Juan Carlos I.

Jen Friedman is Executive Vice President, Communications, overseeing communications globally across NBCUniversal.

Friedman has more than two decades of experience managing communications and public affairs across the political, corporate and financial sectors. 

Prior to joining NBCUniversal in January 2022, she served as Managing Director and Deputy Head of Public Affairs at Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative investment manager, where she helped oversee communications globally across the firm’s businesses. Before Blackstone, she served as Senior Director for Corporate Reputation at General Electric, part of the communications leadership team working across GE businesses and regions.

Previously, Friedman held a number of senior roles in the Obama Administration, most recently as White House Deputy Press Secretary. In that capacity she served as a spokesperson for President Obama and the White House, and conducted on-the-record press briefings for the White House press corps. Prior to that role, she was Senior Strategic Communications Advisor for the National Economic Council, where she managed the Administration’s economic communications portfolio. She also held multiple senior communications roles at several Cabinet agencies.

Before serving in government, Friedman ran communications for Albright Stonebridge Group and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. She also managed campaign and media strategy for state and local legislative battles at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and the Violence Policy Center.

Friedman earned her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.

Bonnie Hammer is Vice Chairman, NBCUniversal.  As a strategic advisor she leverages her strong business and creative experience, broad industry relationships and long-standing commitment to prosocial advocacy to further company initiatives.

In her 40 plus year career, Hammer has been involved in every facet of the television business, often being tapped to position emerging platforms for success.  In her previous role as Chairman of the Universal Studio Group, she strategically aligned NBCUniversal’s content business for the global market, bringing together the company’s three powerhouse studios -- Universal Television, UCP and NBCUniversal International Studios -- under one umbrella.  Prior to her studio purview, Hammer was Chairman, Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Enterprises, overseeing the creation of Peacock, NBCUniversal’s new streaming platform.  

Hammer moved to Peacock after serving as Chairman, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment where she had executive oversight of leading cable brands USA Network, SYFY, Bravo, Oxygen, E! Entertainment and Universal Kids.  Under Hammer's leadership, these cable networks experienced tremendous growth domestically and internationally. The NBCU Cable portfolio (USA, SYFY, Bravo, Oxygen and E!) grew profits and revenue for an unprecedented 14 consecutive years, raking in nearly $3 billion and $6 billion in 2018.  During her tenure at USA, the network was the most-watched entertainment cable channel for record-setting 13 consecutive years. As her portfolio grew, Hammer developed SYFY into a global brand by extending its reach to 116 countries worldwide, guided Bravo to top 5 cable network and directed the growth, both domestically and internationally, for E! Entertainment.  She also created and oversaw two award-winning production studios, UCP and Wilshire Studios, as well as the digital business Bluprint.  

In addition to leading network growth Hammer also cultivated a roster of award-winning series and talent.  Under her leadership, USA, SYFY and UCP recorded 167 Emmy award nominations and created critically and commercially acclaimed hit series including “Suits”, “Umbrella Academy”, “TAKEN”, “Psych”, “Monk,” “Mr. Robot,” “The Sinner,” “Homecoming,” “The Act,” “Dirty John”, “Battlestar Galactica”, and many more. “Mr. Robot” and “Battlestar Galactica” also received Peabody and AFI awards.

In 2016, with a move that Variety Magazine described as “blowing up the cable TV management playbook,” she centralized all original scripted content for the portfolio under one team and formed a new division tasked with developing forward-thinking planning, Strategy and Commercial Growth.  

Earlier in her career, Hammer was an original programming executive at Lifetime Television Network, where she executive produced several award-winning documentaries for the network’s acclaimed Signature Series. She was honored with the Lillian Gish Award, several Cine Golden Eagles and the National Association for Youth’s Mentor Award.  Before coming to New York, Hammer executive produced “Good Day!” for WCVB in Boston, and worked on the series “This Old House,” “Infinity Factory” and “Zoom!” for PBS.

As a leader, Hammer sought ways to use her platforms to promote social inclusivity.  She created and launched a pro-social campaign designed to fight hate and discrimination in America, “Erase the Hate,” in 1994.  The initiative received a coveted Governors Award from the Television Academy for its groundbreaking documentaries and specials, community programs and educational materials.  

Throughout her career, Hammer has been lauded for both her executive prowess and her dedication to social responsibility.  She was named the 2019 “Executive of the Year” by The Hollywood Reporter.  She is also consistently included on The Hollywood Reporter’s “Power 100” list and was named “Most Powerful Woman in Entertainment” by the publication.  Hammer is regularly included on Fortune’s “50 Most Powerful Women” list, Forbes’ list of “The World's 100 Most Powerful Women” and Vanity Fair's annual “New Establishment” list.  In 2008, Hammer received the Anti-Defamation League’s Entertainment Industry Award; she has since chaired ADL’s National Entertainment Advisory Council.  For her professional contributions, Hammer has been honored by UJA Federation of New York with the group’s Steven J. Ross Humanitarian Award, the Matrix Award from New York Women in Communications, and the prestigious Crystal+Lucy Award from Women in Film.  She was also inducted into Broadcasting & Cable's Hall of Fame. 

Hammer currently serves on the Board of Directors for IAC/InteractiveCorp and Participant Media. She also sits on the AFI Board of Trustees and serves on the strategic planning committee for Boston University’s College of Communication.

Outside the office, Hammer is also an accomplished photographer who has had her work displayed in several galleries and in leading publications such as Time magazine and The Boston Globe.  She holds a bachelor's degree in communications and a master’s degree in media and new technology from Boston University. She also received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Boston University in 2017.

Kimberley D. Harris is Executive Vice President of Comcast Corporation and General Counsel of NBCUniversal.  

In this role, Harris oversees all international government and regulatory affairs for Comcast, supporting the company’s businesses worldwide. Additionally, as General Counsel of NBCUniversal, Harris provides legal advice to the senior management team and oversees the legal function across all NBCUniversal divisions.

Harris joined NBCUniversal in 2013 from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she was a partner in the litigation department. 

From 2010 to 2012, Harris served in the White House Counsel’s Office, and became the principal Deputy Counsel and Deputy Assistant to the President in 2011. At the White House, she advised senior Executive Branch officials on congressional investigations and executive privilege issues. In addition, Harris developed and implemented the White House response to congressional investigations, and managed litigation matters relating to the President. 

From 2009 to 2010, she was Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division. 

Harris first joined Davis Polk & Wardwell as an associate in 1997 and was named a litigation partner in 2007. From 1996 to 1997, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles S. Haight, Jr., U.S. District Court, S.D. New York. 

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and is also a member of each of the firm’s Governance, Compensation and Public Responsibilities Committees; Advocates for Children of New York, an organization that provides legal and advocacy services to at-risk students in the New York City school system; and the Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University School of Law. Harris is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law, and the Board of Trustees of the Mount Sinai Health System.

Jimmy Horowitz is Chairman, Business Affairs & Operations for NBCUniversal. In this newly-created role, he oversees global deal making across the portfolio of the media industry’s premier film and television studios, television networks and streaming service, Peacock. Horowitz advises and collaborates with Business Affairs teams across the Company, providing expertise, counsel and insight into all major deals, and setting policy across the portfolio addressing the new distribution landscape.

Horowitz has been with the Company for nearly 30 years, rising through the ranks to the highest levels of studio leadership. He was named Vice Chairman and President of the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG) in January 2019, after serving in several senior roles, including President of Universal Pictures, Co-President of Production and Executive Vice President of Universal Pictures.  

While serving as Vice Chairman and President of UFEG, Horowitz negotiated an unprecedented five-year exclusive partnership with visionary filmmaker Jordan Peele and his Monkeypaw Productions, secured a five-year exclusive deal with The LEGO Group to develop, produce and distribute theatrical releases based on its intellectual property and original ideas, negotiated a new five-year overall film and TV deal for Working Title with Universal Pictures and NBCUniversal International Studios and brought LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s The SpringHill Company over to the film studio in a four-year deal. 

He began his tenure at the company in 1992 in the feature legal department and subsequently held the roles of Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs and Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs, managing all of Universal’s term deals, along with oversight of the business and legal affairs departments.  Earlier in his career, he served as counsel for the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. He also practiced labor law at Manatt, Phelps, Phillips, LLP and later at Greenberg Glusker until 1990. 

Horowitz is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.

He earned his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science.

Pearlena Igbokwe is Chairman, Universal Studio Group (USG), where she leads four powerhouse studios: Universal Television, Universal Content Productions (UCP), Universal Television Alternative Studios and Universal International Studios that produce over 3,000 hours of programming currently airing or streaming around the globe. 

In her capacity as Chairman, Igbokwe and her team support a slate of ambitious storytellers, including Jordan Peele, Sam Esmail, Nahnatchka Khan, Tina Fey, Seth MacFarlane, Julie Plec, Amy Poehler, Tanya Saracho, Michael Schur, Alan Yang, David Heyman, Selwyn Hinds, Tarell McCraney, Lorne Michaels, Gareth Neame, Debra Martin Chase, Nick Antosca and Dick Wolf, among numerous others.

Igbokwe currently oversees 129 projects across 29 platforms worldwide, including the major broadcast networks, streamers and numerous cable outlets. Notable USG projects under her purview include "Hacks," "Never Have I Ever," "Girls5eva," "Young Rock," "The Umbrella Academy," "Dr. Death," "Gaslit," "JOE vs CAROLE," "Made in Chelsea," "Clickbait," "We Are Lady Parts," "Making It," and longtime NBC favorite "Hollywood Game Night." Universal Studio Group also houses NBCUniversal Formats, the original podcast platform, USG Audio, and its graphic novel imprint, USG Graphic.

From 2016 to 2020, Igbokwe was President, Universal Television, where she oversaw creative development, casting and production and led the division to new heights with record production output. Some of her development highlights include "Russian Doll," "The Good Place," "New Amsterdam," "The Bold Type," "Good Girls," and Dick Wolf's successful new franchise, among numerous other notable projects. In a highly competitive landscape, Igbokwe was able to secure pickups for her projects on every major streaming service, a variety of premium cable outlets and every broadcast network.

Before her studio role, Igbokwe served as Executive Vice President, Drama Programming, for NBC Entertainment, where she developed the top-rated new broadcast dramas for three out of her four years in the role ("The Blacklist," "Blindspot" and "This Is Us").  Previously she worked at Showtime for 20 years, where she was involved in developing the pilot and overseeing the first five seasons of "Dexter," Showtime's most popular series ever. She also developed and supervised the Emmy Award-winning and critically acclaimed original series "Nurse Jackie" and developed the pilot for "Masters of Sex," starring Michael Sheen. In addition, she shepherded Tracey Ullman's "State of the Union," Damon Wayans' "The Underground," Kirstie Alley's "Fat Actress" and the television adaptation of the hit feature film "Barbershop." She was also instrumental in the five-season run of the hit Showtime series "Soul Food," a two-time NAACP Image Award winner for Best Drama Series.

She currently serves on the boards of the Hollywood Radio and TV Society (HRTS), National Association of TV Programming Executives (NATPE), Television Academy Executive Committee and the Friends Board of the Saban Community Clinic.

Prior to taking on the role of President in February 2021, Jones served as Senior Vice President, NBC News and MSNBC. In this position, she spearheaded cross-platform breaking news and major events for both networks, including coverage of the coronavirus pandemic, and the networks’ Decision 2020 coverage including presidential debates, town halls, primaries and special election nights and forums. Jones simultaneously led MSNBC’s dayside and weekend news programming, where she managed hours of live reporting and newsgathering backed by the journalism of NBC News. Jones executive produced the most-watched Democratic presidential debate in history during the 2020 election cycle.

Jones has won two Emmys, three Edward R. Murrow Awards and was honored with the RTDNA 2022 First Amendment Award, which recognizes journalists and news executives who make major contributions to protecting First Amendment freedoms. She has been honored with leadership awards from the National Action Network, the National Urban League, ColorComm and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications.

She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, a board member of the Carole Kneeland Project for Responsible Journalism, a member of the Academy of Arts and Sciences, the National Association of Black Journalists and the Milken Institute’s Executive Women’s Circle.

Langley oversees NBCUniversal’s suite of creative teams including Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (Universal Pictures, Focus Features, DreamWorks Animation) and Universal Studio Group (Universal Television, Universal Content Productions, Universal Television Alternative Studios, Universal International Studios). In this expanded role, Langley continues to leverage her longstanding relationships with singular creatives to unlock a seamless cross-portfolio creative strategy including programming, distribution and marketing.

Prior to her elevation, Langley served as sole Chairman of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG) from 2019-2023. In this role, Langley oversaw the global creative strategy and business operations for the motion picture group, and the production, marketing and distribution for film, and television content with DreamWorks Animation TV.

For nearly two decades Langley has distinguished the film group as the home to acclaimed and emerging creators who champion storytelling reflective of the global experience. Langley’s vision has resulted in four years of record global profit, and two of the most profitable years in the studio’s 107-year history. Under Langley’s strategic leadership, the film group brokered historic agreements during the COVID-19 pandemic securing a thriving future for the film distribution ecosystem with a new revenue model that has now crossed $1 billion. 

From 2013-2019, Langley served as Chairman of Universal Pictures where she engineered a strategic slate of all-audience tentpoles, breakthrough comedies, and pop-culture hit horror films. During her tenure, Langley led Focus Features’ global realignment with Universal Pictures International and oversaw the studio’s successful integration of DreamWorks Animation.

Langley has positioned Universal as a leader in the marketplace by successfully expanding and reinvigorating its core franchises including Fast & Furious, DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon, Jurassic World, Pitch Perfect, and Illumination’s Despicable Me/Minions—the biggest animated franchise of all time —as well as Fifty Shades of Grey, Mamma Mia!, Halloween and The Purge.  In 2023 alone, with an unparalleled focus on building a diverse slate portfolio, Langley led the motion picture group through the birth of new franchises, including M3GAN, Violent Night, Illumination’s Super Mario Bros. Most recently, Lazarus served as Chairman, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming, where he was also responsible for the company’s television networks and international networks, Direct-to-Consumer businesses, NBC Sports Group, owned television stations and NBC affiliate relations. 

Previously, Lazarus was Chairman, NBCUniversal Broadcast, Entertainment and Lifestyle Group, Sports and News, where he led most of the company’s East Coast-based content businesses, including the Entertainment and Lifestyle Group, NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC. In addition, he oversaw the NBC Sports Group (since 2011), NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations and NBC Affiliate Relations (since 2016).  

Under Lazarus’ leadership, the company has forged new deals with the Olympics, NFL, NASCAR and the Premier League among many other partnerships. NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” has been primetime’s #1 show for an unprecedented 12 consecutive years. Additionally, USA Network has been a top-five cable network for 25 years.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Lazarus was President of Media and Marketing at CSE and previously served as President of Turner Entertainment Group from 2003-08.  

At Turner Entertainment Group, he oversaw all aspects of Turner Entertainment Networks, which included advertising sales, Turner Sports, TBS, Turner Network Television (TNT), Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and truTV; as well as The Turner Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media unit, including Cartoon Network, Cartoon Network Studios, Adult Swim and Boomerang. Previously, he served as President of Turner Sports from 1999-03.

Peter Levinsohn serves as Chairman, Global Distribution, NBCUniversal Studio Group, where he is responsible for the global distribution strategy for Universal’s Film portfolio, including Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Working Title, Blumhouse Productions, Illumination and DreamWorks Animation. In this role, Levinsohn has oversight over domestic theatrical distribution, global home entertainment, and global television distribution which licenses NBCU’s vast Film and TV portfolio. Levinsohn also leads the team responsible for film technology and innovation. 

Most recently, Levinsohn reshaped Universal’s feature film release strategy, leading negotiations that resulted in innovative multi-year agreements across various distribution platforms, including introducing Peacock as the new and exclusive post theatrical home for Universal Films in the first several months of release.  The agreements completely modernize the framework for how Universal Films get distributed while providing consumers with unprecedented access across some of the most prolific and widely distributed services and brands available today.

In 2020, when the global pandemic forced theaters around the world to shutter, Levinsohn introduced premium video-on-demand (PVOD) through historic multi-year theatrical exhibition agreements which enabled Universal to release films in the home as early as 17 days after their theatrical release.  With theaters closed, he also oversaw the premiere of Trolls World Tour in the home, which went on to become the biggest digital title of all time. The innovation by the studio, led by Levinsohn, upended the studio’s nearly 100-year release strategy and marked the beginning of a transformative moment for the industry.  

Prior to Universal, Levinsohn served as President of New Media and Digital Strategy for Fox Filmed Entertainment where he spearheaded Fox’s digital strategy, led the development and execution of new distribution opportunities and oversaw Fox’s content windowing strategy for all media post-theatrical. During his 25-year tenure at News Corporation, Levinsohn was responsible for leading numerous distribution and digital businesses for the company’s various divisions including the Fox Group, Twentieth Century Fox and Fox Interactive Media, where under his leadership, the collection of Internet properties achieved its highest level of growth and profitability.

Throughout his career Levinsohn has been named as one of Variety’s top 500 business leaders, The Hollywood Reporters Top Dealmakers, the Top 50 Digital Power players, and in 2020 The Hollywood Reporter named him one of the top dealmakers of the pandemic for his industry defining reshaping of Universal’s digital release strategy.

Marshall is responsible for all Global, National and Local Ad Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Ad Tech, Data, Measurement, and Strategic Initiatives across NBCU’s One Platform. He reports to Mark Lazarus, Chairman, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.
Over the past decade with NBCU’s Advertising & Partnerships division, Marshall has spearheaded a number of the company's programs and offerings including NBCUniversal’s annual Family is Universal campaign, “Giving, Because We Care” initiative, NBC’s Local to Global Solution as well as overseeing sales for some of the biggest tentpoles such as Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Christmas in Rockefeller Center, FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LVI, and more.  
In January 2023, Marshall played an integral role in piloting the convergence of NBCUniversal’s linear and digital sales teams – bringing them together as one unified ecosystem. This included expanding the division’s scope, consistency in storytelling, and scaled delivery of category insights, trends, and foundational knowledge. Marshall collaborated with senior leadership to seamlessly design this framework to create fewer touch points and meet the needs of NBCU’s client and agency partners.  
Most recently, Marshall held the role of President, Advertising & Partnerships where he was responsible for the strategic oversight of all advertising sales initiatives from NBCUniversal’s Broadcast Entertainment, Sports, advanced advertising sales and client partnerships to Hispanic, News, Peacock, Direct-to-Scale, and Syndication.
Prior to being named President, Advertising & Partnerships in 2018, Marshall held various leadership positions at NBCUniversal including Executive Vice President of Entertainment Advertising Sales. In this role, Marshall oversaw the combined advertising sales for NBC Broadcast Entertainment, USA, SYFY and WWE. Before that, Marshall served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Advertising Sales, where he oversaw the sales efforts for NBCUniversal’s Atlanta, Chicago and Detroit offices on behalf of the company’s entire portfolio of broadcast networks, cable networks and digital platforms.  
Before joining NBCUniversal, Marshall held multiple advertising sales positions at Turner Broadcasting for nearly 15 years, including Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager. During that time, he oversaw client relationships for the NBA, MLB, NASCAR, PGA Championships and the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament for the Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles and Atlanta regions. Marshall began his career at the Family Channel in 1992.

Tom Mehrmann is the President, Chief Operating Officer, Universal Destinations & Experiences Pacific Rim. In this role he oversees three Universal parks including Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Japan and the recently-opened Universal Beijing Resort.

Most recently, Mr. Mehrmann served as the President and General Manager for Universal Beijing Resort. Bringing with him nearly five decades of industry knowledge and international experience, he was responsible for the development, daily operation and grand opening of Universal Beijing Resort.  

Prior to his role at Universal Beijing Resort, Mr. Mehrmann was the Chief Executive of Ocean Park Corporation, Hong Kong’s marine life and animal theme park for 13 years. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, he led a redevelopment of the theme park that resulted in record-breaking attendance and annual revenue growth. Under his leadership, Ocean Park Hong Kong became Asia’s first ever recipient of the prestigious “Liseberg Applause Award” in 2012, one of the most significant recognitions within the global attraction industry.

Mr. Mehrmann’s theme park career began in 1977, when he joined Knott’s Berry Farm as a cleaner. Over the course of two decades, he took on various leadership roles, including leading the operations and opening of Knott’s Camp Snoopy in Minnesota’s Mall of America, and eventually becoming the Vice President of Park Operations and Entertainment at Knott’s Berry Farm.

Later in 1998, Mr. Mehrmann joined Six Flags Marine World as Vice President and General Manager, overseeing the redevelopment, rebranding and repositioning of the park outside of San Francisco. Subsequently, he became Vice President and General Manager of Warner Brothers Movie World in Madrid, Spain, when the park was acquired by Six Flags in 2000. Mr. Mehrmann was responsible for the design, construction and operation of the park, which opened in April 2002.

In addition to earning industry-wide recognition and success in the theme park industry, Mr. Mehrmann is committed to community development and promoting tourism. He is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).

Mr. Mehrmann graduated from California State University, Fullerton, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He also completed the Advanced Courses organized by IAAPA in Theme Park Management at Cornell University.

In this role, Robinson spearheads social justice efforts across Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky to build programs, allocate resources and partner with international, national and local organizations to drive meaningful change against racism and inequality.   

Robinson also oversees the company’s nine Employee Resource Groups with over 80 global chapters, co-chairs the industry-leading Comcast NBCUniversal Joint Diversity Advisory Council and serves as the main liaison between NBCUniversal and key local and national advocacy organizations.

The company has been acknowledged for its leadership in diversity & inclusion, with repeat recognition on the Forbes list of Best Employers for Diversity, the Fortune list of 50 Best Workplaces for Diversity, and the DiversityInc list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity.

Robinson was named to his position in August 2011, having previously served as President and General Manager of KNBC-TV, the NBC Owned Station in Los Angeles, where he oversaw all aspects of the television station including news, sales and community relations.

Previous roles include President and General Manager of WCMH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbus, Ohio; Vice President of Sales for WRC-TV, NBC’s Owned Station in Washington, DC; and Local and National Sales Manager of KCBS-TV in Los Angeles. After studying Political Science at UCLA and a brief stint in retail sales and management, he took an entry level job at KCBS-TV (then KNXT-TV) in Advertising Sales and quickly realized that broadcasting and entertainment was where he wanted to spend his career. He joined NBC in 1996.

Raised in the Echo Park district of Los Angeles, Robinson’s interest in issues of social justice was sparked at an early age by his parents. His Chinese-American mother retired after a long career in public service, much of it in support of low-income families through the Aid to Families with Dependent Children program. Robinson’s father was one of the first Black consultants for the Fair Employment Practices Commission (FEPC), where he investigated allegations of racial, gender and age discrimination in housing and employment. Race, equality and civil rights were frequent topics at the Robinson dinner table and those discussions continue to inform and drive his commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion today.

Matt Schnaars is President, Content Distribution for NBCUniversal. In this role, Matt is responsible for overseeing distribution and monetization of NBCUniversal’s broadcast stations, cable and regional sports networks, direct-to-consumer apps, and FAST channels to the company’s distribution partners. He has had a critical role in NBCU’s growth over the past decade, including most recently the successful launch of NBCU’s direct-to-consumer service, Peacock. Prior to this role, Schnaars was SVP, Content Distribution, a position he started when he joined NBCUniversal in 2013.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Matt served as Vice President, National Accounts in the Disney and ESPN Media Networks division at The Walt Disney Company, where he worked for nine years. There he was responsible for distribution of the Disney and ESPN stable of networks to cable, telecom and technology companies, and played a key role in the successful launch of several national television networks, including ESPN3, ESPNU and the SEC Network. 

Matt holds a MBA with a concentration in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA, Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Matt is an active participant in several media industry organizations dedicated to mentorship and development. 

Matt is heavily involved in coaching youth baseball, football and basketball in Westchester County (NY), where he lives with his three children.

Valari Dobson Staab is Chairman of NBCUniversal Local, a division of NBCUniversal that is home to three local media groups: NBC Owned Television Stations, NBC Sports Regional Networks and the Telemundo Station Group, as well as multicast networks COZI TV, LX News and TeleXitos. Together, the media groups and networks deliver the very best in local sports, news, weather, consumer and investigative reporting, and lifestyle entertainment to English and Spanish speakers across any platform and screen. She reports to Cesar Conde, Chairman of NBCUniversal News Group.

A broadcast veteran with more than 35 years of experience, Staab joined NBCUniversal in 2011 as President of the NBC Owned Television Stations group.  In 2013 she was named President of the NBC and Telemundo owned stations division after the Telemundo owned stations were integrated with the NBC stations.  Since then, she has led the transformation of the NBC and Telemundo owned stations by strategically using NBCUniversal’s investment in its stations to strengthen their news gathering capabilities. This included the expansion or addition of investigative and consumer units in all markets, the launch of hundreds of hours of new local newscasts and digital products, and the hiring of staff to support the boost in news and digital programming.  Under Staab’s tenure, the division unveiled its very own network of state-of-the-art weather radars, the fourth largest weather radar network in the country, to help improve the stations’ weather forecasts and provide real-time weather information directly to audiences.  Staab also spearheaded the roll-out of news facilities that are home to industry-firsts like IP and cloud-based technologies used in production.  To better reflect the communities that NBC and Telemundo stations serve, Staab led the charge in creating the largest local bilingual newsrooms across top 10 TV markets while the division acquired and launched new NBC and Telemundo owned stations all across the country, to serve more local news audiences. 

In early 2021, the company’s regional sports networks were integrated with the stations, helping to create the only network-owned local media division that can deliver audiences the very best in local sports, news and weather in English and Spanish and across any screen and multiple platforms.

Today, Staab is helping all 43 NBC/Telemundo stations, six regional sports networks and the three multicast networks usher in a new era of innovation in storytelling to reach the next generation of local news audiences. In June 2020, the division launched LX News, a new TV/streaming network designed for millennials and Gen Z-ers that is reimagining the way that local news is presented to Adults 18-45.  The stations also present streaming-only newscasts for their communities and their content is available on various OTT platforms, including Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming platform. 

Before joining NBCUniversal, Staab primarily worked at the ABC Owned Television Stations, where she served in a variety of roles in general management, research and creative services.  At ABC, she was President and General Manager of KGO, the market leading station in San Francisco, for eight years.  Under Staab’s tenure, KGO increased the amount of locally produced programming by more than 50 percent and expanded its digital efforts to reach new viewers, including streaming newscasts, launching an iPad app and increasing its social media outreach.  During her tenure, KGO received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Northern California Emmy for Station Excellence and The Radio and Television News Directors Association’s Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence.

Prior to leading KGO, Staab served as President and General Manager of WTVD in Raleigh-Durham for a year and at KFSN in Fresno for nearly four years.  She worked at WPVI in Philadelphia for a decade, where she held the roles of Director of Creative Services and Director of Marketing and Research.  Previously, she worked in marketing and research for KPRC in Houston and KLTV in Tyler, Texas, where she started her broadcast career as a college student.

Staab has received numerous accolades for her work at NBCUniversal. She was named a 2022 NATPE Iris Award recipient, “Broadcaster of the Year” for 2016 by Broadcasting + Cable and Distinguished Alumni by the University of Texas at Tyler.

A native of Texas, Staab earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, which honored her with their Distinguished Alumni Award in 2012.  She also earned an MBA from Baylor University.  She resides in New York City with her husband, R.C.

Jennifer ‘Jenny’ Storms is Chief Marketing Officer, Entertainment and Sports, NBCUniversal and Chair of the NBCUniversal Marketing Council. In this role, Storms oversees marketing and consumer engagement around premium live, social and digital content across the NBC Sports and Entertainment portfolio. Her responsibilities include marketing strategy and operations, audience growth, CRM, content development and promotion across all distribution platforms for NBCUniversal Entertainment, which include NBC, USA Network, Bravo, Oxygen, SYFY, E!, UniKids, and NBC Sports.

A leader in the marketing, media and sports business for over 25 years, Storms joined NBC Sports in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for all marketing strategy, consumer insights, media and engagement plans for premiere properties from Sunday Night Football to the Olympic Games.  In September 2020, she was elevated to her current position, adding marketing oversight of the vast portfolio of NBCUniversal Entertainment to her existing duties with NBC Sports. Storms was named Chair of the NBC Universal Marketing Council in May, 2022.

Previously, Storms held senior marketing positions at PepsiCo, Inc., Gatorade, and Turner Broadcasting System / Turner Sports in Atlanta. She began her career at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).

Storms was inducted to SportsBusiness Journal’s “Forty Under 40” Hall of Fame. Other notable industry honors include: Brandweek’s “Marketers of the New Generation;” Adweek’s Most Powerful Women in Sports; Cynopsis Sports Media’s “Marketing Executive of the Year” in 2018 and Navigator Award in 2019; iSportConnect’s “Influential Women in the Business of Sport.”

Matt Strauss was named Chairman, Direct-to-Consumer and International in August of 2020. In this role, Strauss is responsible for all aspects of Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service; Fandango, a global digital network serving more than 67 million monthly visitors with best-in-class movie information, ticketing, trailers, home entertainment, and fan merchandise; and International Networks, a division that delivers quality content and compelling brands to over 176 territories across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. He reports to Mark Lazarus, Chairman, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.  

Prior to joining NBCUniversal in 2019 to lead Peacock and NBCUniversal Digital Enterprises, Strauss was Executive Vice President, Xfinity Services for Comcast Cable, where he led the strategy and development of best-in-class products and services that served more than 30 million customers across Comcast’s residential lines of business—including Xfinity TV, one of the nation’s largest pay-TV distributors of video and entertainment services; Xfinity Internet, the nation’s largest gig provider; Xfinity Home and Xfinity Voice. 

Under Strauss’ leadership, Comcast transformed its video and Internet services with industry-leading experiences on TV and across devices, including the Emmy Award-winning Xfinity X1 guide and voice remote, Xfinity Stream, Xfinity Flex, Xfinity xFi, ultrafast gigabit speeds, the nation’s largest and fastest Wi-Fi network, home security, and digital home automation features and controls. 

He previously served as Executive Vice President, Video and Entertainment Services for Comcast Cable. In that role, Strauss led the video business through a period of unprecedented results and in 2016 alone, helped the company reach positive video subscriber growth for the first time in a decade. With a focus on innovation, personalization, and seamless access to the best entertainment experiences across platforms, he helped redefine the entertainment viewing experience for Xfinity TV customers with Xfinity X1, Xfinity Stream, cloud DVR, live in-home streaming across devices, the industry’s first talking guide, and the Emmy-Award-winning voice remote. 

Strauss joined the senior management team at Comcast in 2004 as the Senior Vice President, New Media, where he led content acquisition and strategic development of all on-demand and cross-platform programming properties and services. 

Prior to Comcast, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Rainbow Media’s on demand service Mag Rack, where he pioneered the video on demand model with one of the first national on demand networks. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Rainbow Media, where he led the organization’s acquisition strategy for new and traditional media. He also held several management positions with Disney-ABC, including serving in the Strategic Planning department for the ABC Television Network. 

Strauss is also a member of the board of directors for SkyShowtime, a streaming joint venture from Comcast and ViacomCBS. Launching in 2022, SkyShowtime will offer the best entertainment, movies, and originals series from across NBCUniversal, Sky, and ViacomCBS to more than 90 million customers across more than 20 European territories.

KC Sullivan is President of CNBC, the recognized world leader in business news. He is responsible for the network’s TV and Digital news operations, original primetime programming and subscription products. A thirteen-year veteran of NBCUniversal, Sullivan has spent more than a decade in leadership roles across the company’s portfolio in both the U.S. and overseas.

Most recently, Sullivan served as President & Managing Director of Global Advertising & Partnerships for NBCUniversal based in London. In that role, he created the Global Partnerships team, which tripled revenue during his tenure, and established a strong partnership with Sky Media in the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany and formed a new partnership with the RTL Ad Alliance.

Before that, Sullivan spent seven years as President and Managing Director of CNBC International, responsible for managing and growing CNBC’s assets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and the Asia Pacific region. While there, he opened bureaus in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and China, launched partnerships in Indonesia and Thailand, and created “East Tech West,” a multi-year, industry-leading tech event in the Guangdong region of China.

He first joined NBCUniversal in 2009, serving as CNBC’s Chief Financial Officer where he led the company’s global financial operations. Three years later, he became CFO for the NBCUniversal News Group, where he was responsible for the finance operation across all television, cable and digital news properties. 

Sullivan began his career at General Electric as part of the company’s Financial Management Program in GE Plastics before moving on to larger roles across the organization in departments including GE’s Corporate Audit Staff and GE Healthcare Medical Diagnostics.

Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Ian Trombley is the President of NBCUniversal Operations and Technology, a global organization that provides enterprise technology, operations, engineering, and facilities management services to NBCUniversal’s businesses and offices in the Tri-State area, London, Los Angeles and Miami.  He is responsible for the company’s owned studio and post-production operations servicing television and film, including the network operating centers in Denver, New York, and New Jersey.  In addition, Trombley oversees global security for the company and manages NBCUniversal’s global real estate portfolio, including the management and development of the Universal Studios property in Los Angeles.  Trombley is currently an Executive Sponsor for Comcast NBCUniversal’s TechWomen organization and serves as the Executive Champion for the Veterans Network Employee Resource Group at NBCUniversal.

During his 20-year tenure with NBCUniversal, Trombley has held a number of leadership positions in broadcast and technical operations, facilities and studios management, and Information Technology.  Trombley joined NBCUniversal from GE where he had previously held positions within the Quality and Information Technology divisions.

A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Mr. Trombley began his career serving as an officer in the United States Army.  He lives in New York with his wife and their two children.

Vicki Williams was named Chief Human Resources Officer for NBCUniversal in 2018.  She oversees global human resources, including compensation, benefits, development and learning, talent acquisition, executive search, HR systems & operations, and the HR (employee) service center.  

Williams joined NBCUniversal in May 2011 as Senior Vice President, Compensation, Benefits and HR Information Systems. Her role expanded to include HR support for corporate functions and oversight of the HR service center. 

Prior to NBCUniversal, Williams was a consultant on compensation and benefits as a Partner with Pay Governance LLC and previously as a Principal with Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson). In these roles, she worked directly with boards of directors and senior management on all elements of compensation and benefits. Williams worked across a number of industries, but maintained a strong concentration in the entertainment & media industry. 

She was named to the Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, a leading diversified capital manager that invests in and finances residential and commercial assets, in 2018.  As an independent director, Williams serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. 

Williams received a B.S. in education with a concentration in mathematics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and quantitative statistics, each with honors from the University of Georgia. After serving six years on the Terry College of Business Alumni Board for the University of Georgia, she now serves on the Emeritus Board. 

She lives in Manhattan with her husband, rescue dog, and rescue cat; is an active volunteer with Best Friends Animal Society and serves on the Board of Korean K9 Rescue.

Mark Woodbury is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Destinations & Experiences, a unit of Comcast NBCUniversal that offers guests around the globe today’s most innovative, thrilling, and popular entertainment experiences.

In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s destinations worldwide, including Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Japan and Universal Beijing Resort. He also serves on the NBCUniversal Executive Committee. 

Prior to being named Chairman and CEO in 2021, he served as Vice Chairman and President of Universal Creative, the group responsible for development strategy for the business and creating, planning and designing all Universal attractions and destinations worldwide.

Mr. Woodbury joined the company more than 30 years ago, during the development of Universal Studios Florida as a member of the creative leadership team. As chief creative officer, he oversaw the expansion of Universal Orlando Resort, including Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, on-site hotels and Universal CityWalk. He was instrumental in the development and opening of Universal Studios Japan, which quickly became the company’s most attended theme park destination and oversaw design and development of Universal Studios Singapore and the newly opened Universal Beijing Resort. Mr. Woodbury’s work includes the groundbreaking Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Super Nintendo World and a multitude of Universal’s unique, immersive and exciting attractions around the globe.

His dedication to continued innovation, inspired collaboration and delivering world class guest experiences is a driving force behind the success of Universal Destinations & Experiences.
