Universal CityWalk Orlando Celebrates Wicked Oztacular Spectacular
After the sensational films 'Wicked' and 'Wicked: For Good', the characters and worlds of the Wicked franchise were brought to life at Universal Orlando Resort.

Following the success of Wicked and Wicked: For Good, the beloved characters and enchanting world of Oz came to life at Universal Orlando Resort. In addition to numerous consumer products and collaborations, a television special on NBC and a live-to-film concert experience, the Oztacular Spectacular is the latest way NBCUniversal has delivered the franchise to "Wicked" fans across the globe.
From 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on October 24, guests immersed themselves in the dazzling world of Oz during Oztacular Spectacular – a one-day “thrillifying” fan event at Universal CityWalk. Festivities included picturesque stained-glass photo opportunities, character appearances and meet and greets with Glinda and Elphaba, special displays featuring costumes and props from the films, a DJ spinning all the “Wicked” hits as guests “dance through life” on a yellow brick dance floor and more. Guests also put their “Wicked” knowledge to the test with trivia sessions for a chance to win exclusive giveaways, as well as shop the latest and greatest “Wicked” merchandise at the Universal Legacy Store.
