‘The Traitors: New Blood’ Expands ‘Traitors’ Fandom to NBC Viewers
The NBC version of Peacock’s Emmy-winning murder mystery reality competition series builds on the show’s devoted fandom.

As part of a broader expansion of fandoms across NBCUniversal, Peacock’s nail-biting psychological adventure hosted by Alan Cumming is expanding the franchise with a new NBC edition of the series, The Traitors: New Blood.
After four seasons on Peacock, the series makes its NBC debut with a two-hour premiere, this time featuring an all-civilian version of the series. Twenty-two ordinary Americans, selected from a pool of over 80,000 applicants, will join Cumming at Ardross Castle in Scotland to compete in the ultimate contest of deception and murder. The Traitors: New Blood builds on the success of the Emmy-winning Peacock original that developed into multiple seasons, with season 4 delivering the strongest opening in a week that saw it rise to No. 1 among all streaming reality series. The season launch performed at least 72% higher in total minutes viewed than any other unscripted streaming title during the same week. Across social platforms, The Traitors has recorded 32.5 million video views on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X since launch.
Fans eager for more tuned in for The Official Traitors Podcast, which rose to No. 1 among all television companion podcasts in its first 25 days and launched as the No. 1 podcast in the After Show genre on Apple Podcasts.
