Vendor Policy Portal
Current Policies
Welcome to NBCUniversal’s Vendor Policy Portal. This page contains the most up-to-date policies applicable to NBCUniversal's vendors. Vendors should review and ensure familiarity with NBCUniversal's expectations and requirements relevant to the services and products provided to NBCUniversal.
The policies below may be updated from time to time. Vendors may register to receive notice of updated policies here.
Unless otherwise agreed, to the extent an update creates any inconsistency between these policies and a separately negotiated term with NBCUniversal, the term providing greater rights or protections to NBCUniversal, or those imposing more specific or stricter obligations on a vendor, will apply.
The data and privacy policies set forth the minimum security and data privacy requirements applicable to NBCUniversal vendors and their provision of services or products. Depending on the nature of a vendor’s engagement with NBCUniversal, more stringent controls may be required, as may be specified in the vendor’s agreement.
