Senior Advisor to the Chairman of NBCUniversal News Group

Beau Ferrari serves as Senior Advisor to César Conde, Chairman of NBCUniversal News Group, on strategic growth opportunities. NBCUniversal News Group is comprised of NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC News NOW, Telemundo Enterprises and NBCU Local.

Most recently, Ferrari served as Chairman of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. His leadership of the multiplatform portfolio led to record growth and financial results over the course of his tenure. With oversight of a content portfolio including assets in Entertainment, Sports, News, Cable, and Global Studios across Telemundo’s flagship broadcast, digital and streaming platforms, Ferrari led the expansion and distribution of the leading producer of Spanish-language scripted content in the United States, now in over 150 countries. As the exclusive Spanish-language home of the FIFA World Cup, he led the company to deliver record audiences across platforms. 

Ferrari joined Telemundo in 2017, as Executive Vice President, where he oversaw the company’s operations, financial performance, corporate strategy and development for the portfolio of businesses. During his tenure, Telemundo became a top five broadcast network—alongside NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox—for the first time in its history. Prior to Telemundo, Ferrari held various senior executive positions with Univision Communications Inc., including Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development, where he oversaw strategic planning, acquisitions and growth investments, and Executive Vice President of Operations, where he operated 17 networks, cable, news, sports and digital businesses. Previously, he was co-founder and partner of a private equity investment firm and began his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.

Ferrari is a lifetime Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. He has served on the boards of various public and private companies and is also former Chairman of the Florida Institute, a non-profit organization. Ferrari holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and graduated from Georgetown University, magna cum laude in Finance and International Business
