Patricia Langer joined NBCUniversal as Executive Vice President of Human Resources in January 2011. She is responsible for human resources globally for the company, including compensation, staffing, benefits, labor relations, organizational development and learning.
Previously, Ms. Langer served as Executive Vice President of Legal, Business Affairs and Human Resources at Lifetime Networks from 2000 – 2009. She served on the Lifetime executive team as an HR and legal advisor to senior leaders. During her tenure, Ms. Langer established HR policies and programs for recruitment and hiring, diversity, benefits, training, performance management, and leadership continuity.
Before joining Lifetime Networks, Ms. Langer worked at NBC for eleven years in a series of roles including Vice President, Employment Law. While at NBC, Pat also served as the first ombudsperson for the company, ensuring integrity in the implementation of new compliance policies. Prior to joining NBC, she held positions at Pan American World Airways; Webster & Sheffield; and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She resides in Mamaroneck, N.Y.
